FAQs

Q: What is Homeopathy?

Homeopathy is a complete system of natural medicine that works by stimulating the body’s own healing intelligence. Remedies are made from plants, minerals, or other natural substances and are prepared through a specific process of dilution and succussion (vigorous shaking), making them energetic rather than chemical in nature.

Q: How often should I dose a homeopathic remedy?

In homeopathy, the focus is on frequency, not quantity. One drop is enough — it's how often you give the dose that matters. For first aid or acute situations, dosing every 15–30 minutes may be appropriate at first, then tapering as improvement sets in. For chronic conditions, less frequent dosing is often better. Always pause once symptoms improve.

Q: Is homeopathy safe for babies and toddlers?

Yes. Remedies are non-toxic, ultra-diluted and safe for all ages and life stages.

Q: What if my symptoms worsen after a remedy?

Sometimes old symptoms return briefly. This is often a positive sign that healing is underway, if concerns or questions come up you are encouraged to reach out to me so I can support you and make adjustments if necessary.

Q: Can homeopathy be used alongside other therapies or medications?

Yes, in most cases. I’ll always check for interactions or sensitives, but homeopathic remedies do not interfere with the taking of prescribed medications.
